01 What is the shipping and delivery policy for live fish orders?

Fish shipment will be shipped by flight to the destination Freight charges is based on the total weight of the shipment . The rate is subject to change. In order to obtain a cheaper rate ,it is advised to have at least 100 kgs.

Shipment will be sent within 5 days upon receiving the payment.

02 Do you guarantee live delivery ?

Yes i do , if any mortality occured during transportation should be reimbursed in the next shipment

03 What payment methods do you accept?

Payment should be made through bank Telegrafic Transfer ( T.T )

Please fax or email to me a copy of bank advice once payment is made.

04 Other charges included ?

1.Packing charges --USD 10 / box

2.Documentation charges --USD 25 / shipment

05 Quantity of fish contain in a box and weigh ?

For 2" discus each box contain 30 heads weighing around 15 kgs

For 3" discus each box contain 20 heads weighing around 15 kgs

For 4" discus each box contain 10 heads weighing around 15 kgs
